  Floor done wrong. Sent an unskilled installer. I still gave them a chance to tear it up and redo. Owner Ted agreed to redo as the floor and wall didn’t meet up and the installer filled the 1 inch gap to reach the wall with grout. He agreed it was an eyesore and agreed to tear up and do again. Two weeks later Ted sent the same unskilled worker to my house. When I wanted a different solution and most definitely a different worker, Best Tile told me to go shove it and kept my money in a most unbelievably rude text. Now I have a torn up bathroom and my deposit of 3k gone. Proceed with caution!!!
