  We encourage all of our customers to review us and provide an accounting of their experience with us. In response to Chava's review below, here are the facts from our side of this transaction. Chava was provided with a live proof of the work that he requested. He signed off on the proof and told us to move forward with printing the order. Once the order was done, Chava reviewed the work and was unhappy. In an attempt to keep Chava happy, we agreed, at our expense, to re-do the order and make changes on the order that Chava did not originally request or pay for, but in good faith, we agreed at our cost to make those changes. He gave us the approval to produce the work a second time which we did. He reviewed the second run and rejected that run as well. We explained to Chava that he approved both runs prior to us printing and that we could not do any additional work without him paying incremental dollars to run the job a third time. To date, Chava has not paid us for any of the work that we've done. We made him a middle ground offer to settle this dispute via telephone and have not received a response back. We do not plan to get into a "posting battle" with Chava on this matter, so this will be our only response to this post. We encourage all customers and potential customers to consider that we have been in business for 25 years, are family owned and operated, and have no history or track record of what Chava claims in his post, please consider the source of all reviews and make your decisions after working with us.
